Role Description The Information Technology Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Rangpur Sadar Upazila. This position oversees day-to-day IT operations, including managing infrastructure, monitoring system performance, and ensuring reliable delivery of IT services. The role involves coordinating support teams, prioritizing and resolving technical issues, and maintaining documentation for systems, processes, and incident management. The IT Operations Manager will collaborate with leadership to plan and implement improvements, manage vendor relationships, and support compliance with security and operational standards. The role also includes training team members on best practices and contributing to strategic IT initiatives that align with the company’s service offerings.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in IT Operations and Information Technology to manage infrastructure, systems, and daily technical activities.
• Candidates should possess skills in IT Management and IT Service Management to oversee processes, service delivery, and continuous improvement of IT services.
• Candidates should possess skills in Technical Support to lead troubleshooting, incident resolution, and user support activities.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in supervising IT teams, managing vendors, and implementing operational policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of network and system administration, security best practices, and IT documentation standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
• Experience in a software or digital services environment is beneficial.
