Inbox IT Solutions Ltd. is looking for a responsible, organized, and smart IT Manager who will mainly oversee our employees, office operations, client work, and overall activities of the IT company.

This position does not require highly advanced technical skills. We are looking for someone who can manage people, monitor work, maintain discipline, coordinate departments, and ensure everything is running properly.

• Supervise and monitor employees and their daily activities.
• Ensure employees are completing assigned tasks properly and on time.
• Maintain office discipline, attendance, and overall work environment.
• Coordinate between management, employees, clients, and different departments.
• Follow up on ongoing projects and client work.
• Monitor the performance of employees and provide regular updates to management.
• Assign and distribute tasks among team members when required.
• Help solve day-to-day office and operational issues.
• Ensure proper communication between departments.
• Monitor client requirements, deadlines, and project progress.
• Conduct regular team meetings and follow up on pending work.
• Help with employee recruitment, onboarding, training, and evaluation.
• Maintain basic reports regarding employees, projects, and office activities.
• Ensure company policies and management instructions are properly followed.
• Take responsibility for the overall smooth operation of the company in the absence of senior management.

• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage and supervise employees.
• Basic understanding of IT companies, software, websites, digital services, or technology.
• Good knowledge of computer and internet usage.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Sheets, Email, and other basic office tools.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
• Responsible, punctual, and professional attitude.
• Ability to communicate with clients and team members confidently.
• Previous experience in office management, team management, IT company, or administrative roles will be preferred.

Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in CSE, IT, Business Administration, Management, or any relevant field.

We need someone who can take responsibility for the office and team, understand management instructions, follow up on every department, and make sure work is being completed properly.

Technical expertise is an advantage, but strong management, communication, responsibility, and leadership skills are more important for this position.
