Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Information & Technology role based in the Gopalganj District. The role involves managing and maintaining information systems that support B2B lead generation services, including data processing, storage, and security. Responsibilities include monitoring system performance, ensuring data integrity, implementing cybersecurity measures, and collaborating with the digital marketing and development teams to optimize technical workflows. The team member will also assist with troubleshooting technical issues, updating software and tools, and contributing to process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and client outcomes.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Information Technology and Information Management skills, with experience in managing data systems and business information workflows.
• Candidates should possess solid Cybersecurity skills, including awareness of best practices for protecting data, systems, and networks.
• Candidates should possess effective Analytical Skills to interpret data, diagnose issues, and support decision-making.
• Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and documenting technical processes.
• Relevant experience in IT support, system administration, or similar roles, preferably within digital marketing, B2B services, or data-driven environments.
• Knowledge of databases, cloud services, and basic scripting or programming is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in the Gopalganj District and contribute to a fast-paced, results-focused team.
• A diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
