Role Description The Information Technology Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Motijheel Thana. The role involves overseeing IT operations, ensuring stable and secure network infrastructure, and providing hands-on technical support to internal users. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, monitoring system performance, managing user accounts and access, and coordinating with vendors or service providers when required. The Information Technology Executive will also implement IT policies, support data backup and recovery processes, maintain documentation, and recommend improvements to enhance system reliability and efficiency.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to diagnose and resolve user and system issues efficiently.
• Candidates should possess Network Administration skills to manage, secure, and monitor network devices, connectivity, and performance.
• Candidates should possess broad Information Technology and IT Operations skills to oversee infrastructure, systems maintenance, and routine IT processes.
• Relevant academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Microsoft, Cisco) are an advantage.
• Experience in managing on-site IT environments, including hardware, software, and peripheral devices, preferably in a corporate or commercial setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders in a clear, respectful, and solution-focused manner.
