Role Description The Incharge role at Ibntaimia Madrasah is a full-time, on-site position based in Comilla, responsible for overseeing daily academic and administrative operations. The Incharge coordinates class schedules, supervises teaching staff, and ensures that educational activities align with the Madrasah’s mission and policies. This role includes monitoring student discipline, guiding co-curricular programs, and maintaining effective communication with guardians, staff, and management. The Incharge also manages record-keeping, supports admission and examination processes, and ensures that facilities are used safely and efficiently. Regular review of academic performance, staff needs, and operational challenges is expected to maintain a well-organized learning environment.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in educational administration or school management, preferably in a Madrasah or similar institution.
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities, including mentoring staff, managing teams, and resolving conflicts constructively.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with students, guardians, staff, and community stakeholders.
• Organizational and time-management skills to handle scheduling, documentation, and multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• Ability to uphold and model ethical conduct, discipline, and values consistent with the Madrasah’s mission.
• Comfort with basic administrative tools and record-keeping systems; familiarity with simple digital tools is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Islamic Studies, Administration, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an added benefit.
• Prior experience working in Comilla or similar community settings is preferred, with an understanding of local educational needs.
