Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Implementation Engineer role based in Banani. The Implementation Engineer will be responsible for deploying and configuring medical ERP modules at client hospitals, ensuring systems are set up according to operational and clinical requirements. Day-to-day activities include gathering and analyzing client needs, mapping workflows, installing and testing software, and coordinating data migration. The role also involves training end users, providing go-live support, troubleshooting implementation issues, and escalating technical problems when needed. The Implementation Engineer will collaborate closely with product, development, and support teams to ensure successful rollouts and ongoing client satisfaction.
Qualifications

• Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to understand software architecture, databases, and cloud-based systems.
• Experience in software implementation, system configuration, or IT support, preferably in healthcare or ERP environments.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills for interpreting client requirements and translating them into system configurations.
• Effective communication and presentation skills for training users and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple implementations, prioritize tasks, and meet project timelines with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with hospital workflows, clinical processes, or healthcare IT standards is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfort working on-site at client locations in Banani and occasionally other areas, with a customer-focused mindset.
