Key Responsibilities:
- Assess clients' eligibility for various immigration programs
- Provide professional consultation on skilled migration, work permits, and residency pathways
- Manage end-to-end immigration cases and maintain accurate case files
- Prepare and review visa applications, supporting documents, and submission packages
- Guide clients through documentation and compliance requirements
- Coordinate with overseas partners, employers, and relevant authorities
- Monitor application progress and provide regular updates to clients
- Maintain high service standards and ensure timely case processing
- Stay updated with changes in immigration laws and policies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and international partners
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in immigration consultancy or global mobility services
Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Strong knowledge of immigration pathways for New Zealand, Australia, Canada, the UK, the USA, and Europe
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Experience in visa documentation and case management
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple files simultaneously
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, MS Word, and CRM tools
- Strong understanding of immigration regulations and compliance procedures
