About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and highly organized IELTS Project Manager to take full ownership of our IELTS program—from initial planning to final delivery. This role requires someone who can independently design, execute, and optimize a complete IELTS preparation journey for students, ensuring high-quality outcomes and smooth operations at every stage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and manage a complete IELTS preparation program (Beginner to Advanced)
• Develop structured curriculum plans for all four modules: Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking
• Coordinate with instructors, content creators, and support staff
• Create study materials, practice tests, and progress tracking systems
• Oversee student onboarding, scheduling, and performance monitoring
• Ensure high student success rates and continuous program improvement
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and overall project execution
• Implement feedback systems to refine course quality
• Stay updated with IELTS trends, scoring criteria, and best practices

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing IELTS or similar educational programs end-to-end
• Strong understanding of IELTS format, scoring, and preparation strategies
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally
• Experience in curriculum development or educational product design
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of the project

Preferred Qualifications:

• IELTS certification (Band 7.5+ preferred)
• Background in teaching or training IELTS students
• Experience in EdTech or language training institutes
