Job Description
📢 Experienced Hydrographic Surveyor Required
Join our team and contribute to meaningful survey projects in Bangladesh’s rivers, canals, lakes, reservoirs and coastal areas.
📌 Responsibilities
* Conduct bathymetric surveys using Echo Sounder and other survey equipment.
* Collect, process, and validate bathymetric/depth and positioning data.
* Prepare bathymetric maps, cross-sections, profiles, and drawings.
* Analyze survey data and identify inconsistencies.
* Prepare a complete Bathymetric Survey Report with methodology, results, maps/drawings, and conclusions.
* Submit raw, processed, and final survey data.
📌 Requirements
* Proven experience in bathymetric/hydrographic surveying.
* Hands-on experience with Echo Sounder and bathymetric data processing.
* Must be capable to operate softwares like Hypack/QINSy/EIVA Suite/QPS Qinsy, Manufacturer specific echo-sounder software, Auto CAD/Civil 3D.
* Must be familiar with equipments operation like RTK GNSS, Multi Beam Echo sounder, Transducer, Survey Controller/Data logger, Tide/water level gauge.
* Experience in river, canal, lake, reservoir, or coastal surveys will be an advantage.
* Ability to conduct field surveys independently and prepare technical reports.
📌 Academic Requirement
* Diploma/B.Sc. in Civil Engineering and survey course in academic.
