Human Resources Specialist

ZOOMLION is looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join our team in Bangladesh.

Location: Bangladesh

Experience: 3-5 years of HR experience.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations and recruitment.
• Good knowledge of Bangladesh labor laws.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English and Bengali.
• Experience in Heavy Machinery, Construction Equipment, Automotive, or a related industry is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily HR operations.
• Handle recruitment and onboarding.
• Manage employee relations and HR administration.
• Support payroll, attendance, leave, and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Prepare HR reports and support management with HR matters.
