Employment Status: Full-time (Night Shift: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM)

Location: On-site/Home Office

Office Address: House No. 04, Adabor-13, Dhaka – 1207

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Lead end-to-end hiring processes, from job postings to onboarding.

• Implement appraisal systems, track KPIs, and support employee development plans.

• Design and oversee learning programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.

• Manage payroll accuracy, benefits administration, and competitive compensation structures.

𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐁𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐭𝐬:

• Salary: BDT 25,000 - 35,000 (Negotiable based on experience and Interview Process).

• Two festival bonuses per year.

• Annual increment based on performance.

• Two-day weekend (Saturday, Sunday).

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 (𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐁𝐨𝐭𝐡 𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬):

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from any reputed institute.

• High proficiency in English (writing, reading, and listening).

• Working experience in relevant fields will be given preference.
