We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and highly experienced Manager / Senior Manager - HR to join our team as the Head of Factory HR. In this pivotal leadership role, you will serve as the primary Factory Lead for all human resources, industrial relations, and compliance frameworks, ensuring a harmonious and legally compliant manufacturing environment.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Factory HR Leadership: Lead, design, and execute comprehensive HR strategies tailored to the factory environment, acting as the primary HR business partner to plant operations.
• Compliance Management: Oversee and strictly enforce all local labour laws (Bangladesh Labour Act & Rules), international buyers' codes of conduct, and health & safety (OHS) standards.
• Audit Readiness: Successfully manage and facilitate social compliance audits (e.g., RSC, SEDEX, BSCI, or specific brand audits).
• Industrial Relations: Maintain healthy employee relations, proactively managing grievances, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution on the factory floor.
• Talent Management: Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluation, and training programs for both staff (management) and workers.

🎯 Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 8 to 10 years of solid HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a core leadership/head of department role inside a reputed manufacturing plant or garments factory.
• Dual Expertise: In-depth, practical knowledge of both core HR practices and rigorous factory compliance guidelines is strictly mandatory.
• Education: MBA in HR, Masters in HRM, or a relevant discipline from a reputable university. PGDHRM or legal certifications are highly advantageous.
