Finesse Technology is looking for an enthusiastic and responsible HR Intern to join our team. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or students who want to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee management, and day-to-day HR operations within a growing technology company.

• Assist with recruitment and candidate screening
• Post job vacancies on different recruitment platforms
• Review CVs and shortlist potential candidates
• Coordinate and schedule interviews
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Assist with employee onboarding and documentation
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Support attendance, leave, and other HR administrative activities
• Assist with employee engagement and internal HR activities
• Support the HR team with daily operational tasks
  

• Freshers are encouraged to apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both English and Bangla
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to communicate professionally with candidates and employees
