Role Description The Human Resources Intern will support the HR team in day-to-day people operations in an on-site role based in Uttara. This contract position involves assisting with maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, and helping onboard new team members. The intern will help with drafting and updating HR documentation, supporting the implementation of HR policies, and assisting with employee engagement initiatives. Additional responsibilities may include helping coordinate training sessions, gathering feedback from team members, and providing general administrative support to ensure smooth HR processes. The role is designed to offer hands-on exposure to HR practices within a fast-paced technology environment.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) concepts and practices.
• Ability to support HR Management activities, including basic record-keeping and coordination tasks.
• Understanding of HR Policies and interest in helping implement and maintain them.
• Awareness of Employee Benefits and willingness to assist with related documentation and inquiries.
• Interest in Personnel Management and supporting employee lifecycle processes.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with team members at all levels.
• Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets) and comfort learning new HR or collaboration software.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Ability to work on-site in Uttara and collaborate in a team-oriented, inclusive environment.
