Position: Intern, Human Resources

Location: ECG Head Quarters, Gulshan-1, Dhaka

Office Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Sunday–Thursday

Stipend: Market Standard

East Coast Group is looking for a proactive, organized, and people-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources Team. Gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, documentation, and organizational support.

𝐄𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲

• BBA with a major in HRM; final-semester students are encouraged to apply.

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office 365 and AI tools.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities.

• Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

• Support recruitment and talent acquisition activities.

• Assist with CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

• Assist with onboarding and employee engagement activities.

• Support HR reports, presentations, and administrative tasks.

• Coordinate with internal teams for HR-related requirements.

• Leverage AI tools for HR research, documentation, and execution.
