Human Resources Executive

Job Description

• Manage recruitment and selection activities
• Maintain employee attendance, leave and HR records
• Prepare joining, confirmation, transfer, promotion and other HR documents
• Assist in implementing company policies and maintaining employee discipline
• Support payroll and salary-related HR activities
• Handle employee queries and day-to-day HR operations
• Coordinate manpower requirements for outlets and head office
• Perform other HR duties assigned by management

Job Requirements

• Having Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management degree is a plus.
• Preferred Industry Type are Recruitment / Staffing.
• At least 2 years of experience is needed.
