Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based at Coventina Lake Suites in Gulshan. The Human Resources Executive will handle day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, overseeing attendance and leave management, and supporting recruitment and onboarding processes. The role involves supporting the development and implementation of HR policies, facilitating performance management processes, and promoting fair and respectful workplace practices. The Human Resources Executive will address employee relations matters, coordinate training and development activities, and collaborate with management to ensure compliance with organizational standards and relevant labor regulations. This role requires close interaction with various departments to support a positive work environment aligned with the company’s hospitality-focused culture.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to support core HR functions.
• Hands-on experience in HR Operations, including documentation, HR administration, and process coordination.
• Skills in Employee Relations, with the ability to handle concerns, support conflict resolution, and foster an inclusive workplace.
• Knowledge of HR Policies, labor practices, and compliance, with the capacity to help implement and communicate guidelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional HR certifications are an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Experience in hospitality or service-focused industries is preferred, with the ability to work flexible hours when operational needs arise.
• Proficiency in basic HR software and office productivity tools, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams on-site.
