About the Role
Right Talent has been retained by a leading manufacturing enterprise in Bangladesh to source a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive.
Working closely with the HR Manager, you will play a key operational role in managing day-to-day HR administrative functions, attendance and payroll data, onboarding, labor compliance support, and employee relations across corporate and factory locations.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Operations & Data Management: Maintain employee records in the HRIS, track daily attendance, leave, and overtime (OT) calculations for monthly payroll processing.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Support Right Talent in scheduling interviews and tracking candidates for corporate roles, while assisting with direct hiring and onboarding for floor staff and technical roles.
- Documentation & Administration: Prepare offer letters, confirmation letters, release certificates, and routine HR notices in both English and Bengali.
- Compliance & Welfare Support: Assist in maintaining standards under the Bangladesh Labour Act, 2006, support factory safety initiatives, and handle routine worker queries regarding benefits and policies.
Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR (BBA in HRM) or Business Administration from a recognized university. PGDHRM is an added advantage.
- Experience: 2–4 years of relevant HR generalist experience within a manufacturing, RMG, FMCG, or industrial environment in Bangladesh.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and hands-on experience with HRIS / attendance management software.
- Key Traits: Strong communication skills in Bengali and English, high attention to detail, and good problem-solving skills.
