Strategic HR Initiatives and Policy Development

• Continuously review and improve HR policies to reinforce organizational culture and values.
• Provide insights to develop retention strategies and address capability gaps, using resources such as development, resourcing, training, and innovative experiential opportunities.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to implement and roll out various organizational building initiatives within respective zones

Talent Acquisition and Development

• Implement recruitment solutions to enhance hiring and monitor the recruitment of fixed-term employees and trainees to meet organizational needs.
• Collaborate with the Global Resourcing team to assess manpower needs for business units based on business plans and explore internal and external sourcing options.
• Lead the Learning & Development (L&D) needs analysis and co-own the implementation of L&D activities within the zone.
• Design, develop, and implement programs in collaboration with the Talent Management team to engage and motivate staff toward achieving superior results.

Employee Relations and Performance Management

• Proactively identify employee concerns, grievances, and issues that could cause future disruptions and initiate corrective actions.
• Advise and assist Line Managers in implementing the performance assessment program and providing constructive employee feedback.
• Assist in implementing Reward & Recognition programs within the zone, monitoring the progress and effectiveness of these initiatives.
• Coordinate the administration of the employee satisfaction survey and facilitate the implementation of resulting recommendations.
