Job Overview
We are looking for a hands-on HR Business Partner (HRBP) who can effectively manage day-to-day HR operations while supporting organizational development, employee engagement, performance management, and change management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage core HR operations including onboarding, transfer, promotion, confirmation, separation, attendance and employee records.
- Support managers in resolving employee relations, performance and workplace issues.
- Coordinate Performance Management System (PMS) activities including KPI setting, appraisal and performance improvement.
- Support organizational restructuring, manpower optimization, process improvement and change management initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement, feedback, culture-building and retention initiatives.
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics, dashboards, MIS and management reports.
- Handle grievances and disciplinary matters while ensuring compliance with company policies and Bangladesh labor laws.
- Experience: 3-5 years
- Education: bachelor of business administration in human resource management
- Skills: hr management, human resources, human resources management, global human resources management, hris management, strategic hr, human resource planning, hr policy implementation
