We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR & Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment and employee management activities.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete hiring process, building a strong talent pipeline, coordinating onboarding, maintaining employee records, and supporting day-to-day HR operations.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
• Create and publish job vacancies on LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
• Source, screen, shortlist, and interview candidates.
• Maintain an organized candidate pipeline and recruitment database.
• Coordinate interviews with department managers and senior management.
• Manage offer, selection, and onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Manage employee attendance, leave, probation, and employment status.
• Support employee performance reviews and development processes.
• Handle employee queries and workplace concerns professionally.
• Coordinate resignation and employee exit procedures.
• Identify current and future hiring requirements across departments.
• Prepare weekly/monthly recruitment and HR reports for management.
• Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

• 2–5 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or a related role.
• Strong experience with LinkedIn recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, HR systems, or similar tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote/international environment.
• Professional English communication skills.

• Experience working with technology, telecommunications, SaaS, or international companies.
• Experience recruiting technical and commercial positions.
• Experience managing remote employees.
• Knowledge of international recruitment practices.
