- Compensation & Benefits
- Manage payroll, final settlement, gratuity, provident fund, increments, and employee benefits.
- Review and administer salary structures, allowances, and other compensation-related matters.
- Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure competitive compensation positioning.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, tax regulations, and internal HR policies.
- Prepare HR analytics, manpower cost analysis, compensation budgets, and financial impact assessments.
- HR Business Partner (HRBP)
- Partner with business units to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Advise for workforce management of the bank and HR solutions.
- Drive employee engagement, performance management, and talent development initiatives.
- Support change management and organizational transformation projects.
- Improve employee relations, Employee Engagement and conflict resolutions.
- Monitor employee productivity indicators and recommend improvement strategies.
- Organization Development & Strategy
- Lead organizational culture transformation and employee development initiatives.
- Lead and continuously enhance the performance management system to ensure alignment between individual objectives and organizational goals.
- Design and implement strategic learning and development initiatives to strengthen organizational capabilities at all levels.
- Drive leadership pipeline development, succession planning, and structured talent review processes.
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to promote motivation, retention, and a high-performance culture.
- Develop, review, amend, and update HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in line with organizational requirements and regulatory developments.
- Generate, analyze, and interpret HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making and measure organizational effectiveness.
- Conduct job evaluations and support organizational design initiatives to ensure an effective structure aligned with business strategy.
- Recruitment & selection
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Experience: 3+ years
- Education: bachelor in any discipline
- Skills: human resources, hr management, hr compliance, strategic hr, hr policy, sap hr, hr policy implementation, human resources management
