Role Description The HR Executive will support day-to-day human resources functions to ensure smooth operations for a volunteer-driven organization. This part-time remote role includes maintaining HR records, assisting with onboarding and orientation for volunteers and team members, and coordinating HR documentation and compliance with organizational policies. The HR Executive will handle employee and volunteer relations issues, respond to HR inquiries, and help implement HR policies and procedures that promote a fair, inclusive, and supportive culture. Additional responsibilities may include supporting performance feedback processes, contributing to HR reporting, and collaborating with leadership to improve HR practices that align with RSBD’s mission.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to support overall HR planning and implementation.
• Candidates should possess skills in HR Operations to manage day-to-day HR processes, documentation, and coordination.
• Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations to address concerns, foster engagement, and maintain a positive organizational culture.
• Candidates should possess skills in HR Policies to help develop, interpret, and apply guidelines that support fairness and compliance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse, youth-focused environment.
• Organizational and time-management skills suitable for a part-time, remote role, including proficiency with digital collaboration tools.
• Prior experience in HR, volunteer management, or nonprofit/youth organizations is an advantage.
• Relevant education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
