Job Context
The HR Associate will support the Human Resources Department in day-to-day HR operations, employee documentation, recruitment, HR data management and other personnel-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day activities of the HR Department.
- Support recruitment and selection processes, including CV screening, interview arrangements and candidate communication.
- Maintain employee personal files, HR records, attendance and leave information.
- Assist in preparing HR-related letters, reports, statements and other documents.
- Support HR data entry and updating HR databases.
- Assist in maintaining and organizing personnel records and documents.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and organizational information.
- Assist in other HR-related activities as assigned by the supervisor.
- Experience:
- Education: bachelor of business administration in human resource management
- Skills: hr policy, hr management, hr policies, hr policy implementation, human resources, hr policies and procedures, human resource planning, sap hr
