Job Description
Rahat's English Care is a premier language training institute located in Mirpur 1, Dhaka. We specialize in providing high-quality Spoken English and IELTS courses through both online and offline platforms. We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic Human Resources (HR) Professional to manage our team, streamline our administrative operations, and foster a productive work culture.
Working Hours & Days:
- Time: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Job Responsibilities: As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for the overall HR and Administrative functions of the institute.
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for Instructors, Sales Executives, and Support Staff. This includes drafting job posts, screening CVs, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Attendance & Leave Management: Strictly monitor daily attendance, track late arrivals, and manage leave records for all employees.
- Payroll Management: Prepare monthly salary sheets based on attendance and leave records, ensuring accurate and timely disbursement of salaries.
- Performance Appraisal (KPI): Monitor employee performance (especially sales targets for the support team and teaching quality for instructors) and conduct periodic performance reviews.
- Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce office policies, dress codes, and disciplinary procedures to maintain a professional environment.
- Conflict Resolution: Address employee grievances and resolve internal conflicts professionally.
- Administrative Duties: Oversee daily office operations, manage logistics, and ensure the facility is well-maintained for students and staff.
Requirements
Educational Requirements:
- Masters of Professional Human Resource Management (MPHRM)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- Master of Business Management (MBM)
- Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA)
- BBA/MBA in Human Resource Management (HRM) from any reputed university.
- PGDHRM (Post Graduate Diploma in HRM) will be considered a strong advantage.
Skills Required:

Experience Required:
- 3 to 5 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Coaching Center, Educational Technology (Edtech) Startup
Additional Requirements:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience in HR & Admin.
- Experience in Training Institutes, Coaching Centers, or the Education sector is highly preferred.
- Excellent command of English (both written and verbal) is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a diverse team.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
