WE ARE HIRING: HOUSEKEEPING & CLEANING TRAINERS (5 POSITIONS)

AMCO SKILL BANGLADESH (ASB)—an ISO 9001:2015 certified training center—is expanding its professional training team in Dhaka, Bangladesh! We are seeking 5 hands-on Housekeeping & Cleaning Trainers to prepare candidates for high-demand roles in international hotels, facility management, and global deployment (GCC, Europe, worldwide).

📍 Location: AMCO SKILL BANGLADESH (ASB) Facility, Dhaka, Bangladesh

Key Responsibilities

• Instruction & SOPs: Conduct daily theoretical and practical hands-on training for overseas job aspirants covering Guest Room, Bathroom, and Public Area SOPs.
• Chemical Safety & Color Coding: Teach advanced chemical safety (MSDS/SDS, dilution, compatibility) and professional color-coding systems.
• Machine Operation & Surface Care: Provide practical instruction on machine operation (Single-disc, scrubbers, carpet extractors, steam cleaners) and surface maintenance (marble, vinyl, carpet, linen/laundry).
• Service Excellence: Instill 5-star service etiquette, professional grooming, guest communication, and workplace health/safety standards.
• Assessments & Compliance: Conduct skill assessments, maintain training records, perform inspections, and evaluate candidate readiness for international deployment.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 5–10+ years in professional housekeeping/cleaning operations or supervisory roles.
• Industry Background: 5-Star Hotels, GCC/UAE/KSA Hotel & Facility Management operations (Strongly Preferred).
• Roles: Former Executive/Assistant Executive Housekeepers, Floor Supervisors, Team Leaders, or Technical Trainers.
• Technical Skills: Deep practical knowledge of cleaning chemicals, surface care, and machine maintenance; basic computer literacy for documentation.
• Mindset: Strong leadership, discipline, patience, and the ability to personally demonstrate all practical techniques.
