Role Description This full-time, on-site Housekeeping Attendant role is based in Mymensingh Division, Bangladesh. The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and organized common areas, offices, restrooms, and staff facilities in accordance with company standards. Daily tasks include sweeping, mopping, dusting, waste disposal, restocking supplies, and handling basic laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and storing linens or uniforms. The role may involve responding to staff or visitor requests, reporting maintenance issues, and following health, safety, and hygiene protocols. The Housekeeping Attendant works closely with supervisors and colleagues to support smooth operations and ensure a professional environment.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills related to Laundry, including washing, drying, folding, and maintaining linens or uniforms.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact respectfully with colleagues and visitors and respond to housekeeping requests.
• Candidates should possess Organization Skills to manage cleaning schedules, supply inventories, and ensure all areas are maintained consistently.
• Candidates should possess the ability to support and participate in Training, including learning and following cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and hygiene standards.
• Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial work, or facility cleaning is beneficial.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform repetitive tasks safely throughout the shift.
• Basic understanding of workplace safety and use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
