- Guest Room & Bathroom Maintenance
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms, bathrooms, and related areas.
- Make beds, change linen, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities, toiletries, and minibar items as required.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and clean all room surfaces, furniture, fixtures, mirrors, and windows.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, showers, bathtubs, washbasins, and fittings.
- Ensure guest rooms are properly arranged, well-presented, and ready for occupancy.
- Quality Control & Reporting
- Inspect rooms for cleanliness, damage, missing items, or maintenance issues and report discrepancies to the Supervisor.
- Handle guest belongings with care and maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism.
- Follow proper procedures for handling Lost & Found items.
- Guest Service & Communication
- Respond politely and promptly to guest requests, coordinating with the supervisor when further assistance is needed.
- Coordinate with the Housekeeping Supervisor regarding room priorities, special guest requirements, and daily operational instructions.
- Work Area, Safety & Equipment Standards
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of housekeeping trolleys, pantries, linen rooms, corridors, and assigned service areas.
- Safely handle cleaning chemicals, equipment, linen, and supplies according to safety standards to minimize wastage.
- Follow all health, safety, hygiene, fire safety, and environmental procedures.
- Professionalism & Operational Support
- Maintain proper personal grooming, uniform standards, punctuality, and professional behavior at all times.
- Participate in departmental briefings, training sessions, and perform other duties assigned by management.
- Experience: 1-2 years
- Education: diploma in hotel management
- Skills: guest services, housekeeping management, guest services, housekeeping, guest service management, cleaning and maintenance, hotel management, hotel administration
