Role Description The Homeopathy Doctor will provide comprehensive homeopathic consultations, including detailed case taking, assessment, and prescription of individualized remedies. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing patient appointments, maintaining accurate medical records, monitoring treatment progress, and adjusting remedies as needed. The role involves educating patients on lifestyle, diet, and preventive measures aligned with homeopathic principles, as well as collaborating with other healthcare professionals when appropriate. The doctor will participate in internal case discussions, maintain compliance with clinical and ethical guidelines, and support continuous improvement of services. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Naogaon District.
Qualifications

• Recognized degree or diploma in Homeopathic Medicine from an accredited institution, with valid registration or license as required by local regulations.
• Strong knowledge of homeopathic materia medica, repertory use, case analysis, and individualized remedy selection.
• Experience in outpatient clinical practice, including patient examination, follow-up management, and long-term case monitoring.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse patients and working collaboratively within a healthcare team.
• Ability to maintain accurate, confidential medical records and adhere to ethical, professional, and regulatory standards.
• Comfort with basic digital tools for scheduling, documentation, and reporting; willingness to learn clinic-specific software if required.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
• Prior experience in a homeopathic clinic or hospital setting in Naogaon District or similar communities is an advantage.
