Role Description This is a contract, on-site role based in the Gopalganj District. The role involves supporting digital marketing and eCommerce operations for Amazon, Walmart, and eBay clients, including listing optimization, monitoring rankings, and assisting with reputation-building activities in line with platform guidelines. Day-to-day tasks may include collecting and organizing product data, coordinating review and feedback campaigns, preparing performance reports, and communicating progress to senior consultants. The role also includes collaborating with the team to refine marketplace strategies and ensure timely delivery of client projects. Candidates are expected to maintain high ethical standards, follow documented processes, and contribute to continuous improvement of workflows.
Qualifications

• Ability to understand and support eCommerce marketplace operations, including product listing optimization, basic keyword research, and performance tracking.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts such as online reputation management, customer engagement, and conversion-focused content.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple client tasks and meet deadlines on-site.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for reporting, documentation, and coordination with team members and clients.
• Comfort with using computers, spreadsheets, and online tools; prior experience with Amazon, Walmart, or eBay seller platforms is beneficial.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions and standard operating procedures consistently.
• Completion of secondary education; additional training or coursework in business, marketing, or IT is a plus.
