Invicta Solutions Ltd. is looking for a motivated and experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing recruitment team. In this role, you will support a U.S.-based staffing firm, helping connect qualified clinical talent with healthcare providers across the United States.

What You'll Do

• Proactively source, screen, and engage qualified candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
• Source candidates using:
• Job boards
• LinkedIn and social media
• Professional networks
• Referrals
• Recruitment databases
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming healthcare positions.
• Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements, candidate profiles, and organizational needs.
• Identify and attract the best-fit healthcare professionals based on client requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments, including:
• Resume screening
• Phone interviews
• Candidate qualification
• Experience verification
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with both candidates and clients.
• Provide insights into U.S. healthcare hiring trends and talent-market conditions.
• Support clients with talent acquisition and retention strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Prepare compelling job descriptions, job postings, and candidate summaries for client review.
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of recruitment experience supporting the USA, UK, or Australia market.
• Experience recruiting for healthcare in US/UK market will be given preference.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate engagement.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with candidates, clients, and internal teams across different time zones.
• Experience using ATS platforms, recruitment software, job boards, and sourcing tools.
• A proactive, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Willingness to work the night shift aligned with U.S. business hours.
