Job Summary
As a Healthcare Manager Intern, you will promote WaruWenJo's healthcare services by building relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, and other healthcare stakeholders. The role involves field visits, business development, partnership management, lead generation, and collaboration activities to strengthen WaruWenJo's referral network and expand its market presence.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, diagnostic centres, and healthcare organizations to promote WaruWenJo's medical second opinion and medical value tourism services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, healthcare professionals, and referral partners to expand the organization's network.
- Identify, onboard, and manage collaboration partners, including hospitals, diagnostic centres, corporate organizations, and other healthcare stakeholders.
- Conduct presentations, meetings, promotional activities, and networking events to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and develop business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly lead generation, business development, revenue, and KPI targets.
- Assist in negotiating collaboration agreements and Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with strategic partners.
- Coordinate with the Operations and Business Development teams to ensure smooth patient referrals, stakeholder communication, and partnership support.
- Maintain accurate records of field visits, meetings, referrals, and partnership activities in the CRM, and submit timely reports.
- Stay updated on healthcare industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to support organizational growth.

Required Qualifications
- Master's degree (completed or pursuing final semester) in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
