Role Description The Health Safety Environment Supervisor is a full-time, hybrid role based in Dhaka. This role is responsible for implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental policies, ensuring compliance with company standards, local regulations, and project-specific requirements. Day-to-day activities include conducting site inspections, identifying hazards, leading safety briefings, and supporting risk assessments and accident investigations. The Supervisor will prepare HSE inspection reports, maintain records, coordinate with construction managers and site teams, and support the development of safety training and awareness programs. The role also involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders to continuously improve safety performance and promote a culture of prevention and accountability.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Health & Safety and Occupational Health skills, with practical experience in construction environments.
• Candidates should possess Environment Health and Safety (EHS) expertise, including knowledge of environmental regulations and best practices for sustainable site operations.
• Candidates should possess skills in Accident Investigation and Inspection, including incident analysis, root cause identification, and corrective action planning.
• Professional certifications in HSE (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) and familiarity with international and local safety standards are advantageous.
• Strong communication, reporting, and training skills, with the ability to influence diverse teams and promote a safe work culture.
