About the Rol

Far Group is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Head of Visa Section to lead our visa processing team and oversee applications for major international destinations

Key Responsibilitie

* Lead and manage the visa processing department

.* Supervise visa officers and ensure efficient case management

.* Review applications and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness

.* Develop effective visa-processing procedures and team workflows

.* Handle complex cases and provide guidance to team members

.* Maintain high standards of client service and professional communication

.* Monitor application progress, deadlines and documentation

.* Stay updated on relevant visa requirements and procedural changes

.* Train and mentor visa processing staff

.* Prepare departmental performance reports for management
