The Head of Sports will provide strategic leadership and overall management of the School`s Sports Department. The Head of Sports will ensure that every student successfully completes the School`s Common Minimum Programme (CMP) in sports while creating opportunities for students to compete and excel at national and international levels.

The incumbent will also oversee the successful implementation of the Common Minimum Programme (CMP) in sports and create opportunities for students to participate and excel at national and international levels.

Duties & Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement the School`s sports vision, strategy, policies, and annual operational plans.
- Lead, supervise, mentor, and evaluate all Sports Department personnel, including coaches, physical education teachers, swimming instructors, and support staff.
- Establish a high-performance sports culture aligned with the School`s educational philosophy.
- Prepare and manage the department`s annual budget, facilities, equipment, and resource planning.
- Ensure maximum student participation and engagement in sports and physical activities across all grade levels.
- Design and implement programmes that encourage every student to actively participate in sports throughout the academic year.
- Ensure all students successfully complete the School`s Common Minimum Programme (CMP) in sports.
- Monitor participation levels and develop initiatives to increase student enrolment in sports programmes and academies.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve the Common Minimum Programme (CMP) covering sports such as:
- o Football
- Experience: 15 years
- Education:
- Skills: sports coaching, sports development, sports management, athletic administration, staff development, sports marketing, student recruitment, academic program development, school administration, student leadership
