Head of Service

Speedoz Limited is looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Service to lead and strengthen our nationwide motorcycle after-sales service operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, proven leadership experience, and a solid track record in managing large service networks and technical teams.

• Manage and optimize nationwide service operations, including the Central Service Center, regional workshops, and Authorized Dealer Service Centers across Bangladesh.

• Design and conduct technical training programs for internal mechanics and dealer technicians on EFI/FI systems, ABS, engine troubleshooting, electrical systems, ECU diagnostics, and modern motorcycle technologies.

• Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure the availability of genuine motorcycle spare parts and streamline warranty claim assessment and processing.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve the Customer Service Index (CSI), resolve critical customer complaints, and ensure a premium after-sales service experience.

• Organize regional free service camps, customer engagement activities, and emergency roadside assistance networks.

• Standardize service infrastructure and processes, set monthly service and spare-parts targets for dealers, and monitor overall service network performance.

• Education: B.Sc. in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering from a reputed institution.

• Experience: Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience in the motorcycle/automotive industry.

• Candidates with extensive experience in 2-wheeler service management will be highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of modern motorcycle technologies, including EFI/FI engines, ECU diagnostics, smart connectivity, and specialized bike tuning.

• Proven experience in managing a large 2-wheeler dealer service network and technical team.

• Strong leadership, communication, team-building, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.

• Willingness to travel frequently across Bangladesh.
