Head of Sales (Real Estate)

We are hiring a Head of Sales (Regional Office) for a reputed Real Estate Company.

Job Purpose:

Lead the regional sales function with accountability for revenue growth, customer acquisition, sales performance, and commercial results, while progressively developing broader business leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead sales and business development across residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.

* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, market share, and business growth targets.

* Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, lead conversion, inventory movement, and revenue collection.

* Build strong relationships with customers, investors, brokers, channel partners, and institutional clients.

* Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team and ensure achievement of KPIs.

* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.

* Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, Project, HR, Legal, and other functions.

* Ensure excellent customer experience, compliance, governance, and risk management.

* Contribute to regional business planning, budgeting, and strategic growth initiatives.

* Develop cross-functional business leadership capabilities for future progression into a broader Head of Business role.

Requirements:

Education: Masters/MBA from a reputed university.

Experience: 12–15+ years of progressive experience, including 5+ years in senior management with P&L responsibility.

* Experience in Real Estate, Property Development, Construction, Infrastructure, or related industries.

* Strong track record in sales leadership, business growth, customer management, and large-team leadership.

* Strong strategic, commercial, negotiation, financial, and people-management skills.

* Professional certification in Business/Project/Real Estate Management will be an advantage.

Job Location: Dhaka

Salary: 350-380k
