Requirements

Education

• Graduates in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Professional certifications in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or Sales Leadership will be an added advantage.

Experience

• 8–12 years of experience in Hotel, Hospitality, or related industries.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience in Sales & Marketing.
• Proven track record in revenue growth, market expansion, and team management.

Additional Requirements

• Strong knowledge of hospitality sales, customer behaviour, and digital marketing.
• Experience in SEO, SEM, social media, PPC, analytics, and campaign management.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to analyze business performance and develop strategic solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Growth

• Develop Sales & Marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Drive revenue growth through market expansion and corporate partnerships.
• Manage key accounts and customer relationships.
• Develop pricing, promotional, and partnership strategies.

Digital Marketing

• Lead SEO, SEM, social media, content, PPC, and email marketing activities.
• Monitor campaign performance, analytics, and ROI.
• Improve digital visibility and brand positioning.

Business Performance & Strategy

• Analyze revenue, cost, profitability, and performance trends.
• Monitor KPIs, budgets, and sales targets.
• Develop revenue optimization, cost control, and recovery strategies.
• Prepare management reports and strategic recommendations.

Leadership

• Lead and develop Sales & Marketing teams.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching.
• Ensure effective cross-functional collaboration.

• Minor Operating Departments: +25% improvement
• Track and record client correspondence, proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Provide weekly Sales & Marketing performance reports to Management.
