- Achieve national B2B sales and revenue targets for the Laboratory Referral business.
- Develop and expand partnerships with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and laboratories across Bangladesh.
- Manage and grow key accounts while ensuring high partner retention and satisfaction.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, manage pricing, margins, and credit within company guidelines.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the B2B Sales and Sample Logistics teams.
- Ensure timely sample collection and collaborate with Lab Operations to maintain excellent turnaround time (TAT) and service quality.
- Identify new business opportunities, support expansion into new markets, and strengthen referral networks.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.
- Recommend new services, test packages, and business strategies to drive sustainable growth.
- Experience: 10-15 years
- Education: master of business administration in marketing
- Skills: b2b sales, sales targets, business development, laboratory management, new business development, sales target achievement
