There is a vacancy for the following contractual position based at LAMB Hospital, Parbatipur, Dinajpur
The position is responsible for providing technical leadership in developing frameworks, plans, and indicators to capture performance results and ensure effective, accurate, and timely monitoring, evaluation, and reporting of all activities. The role also includes designing and conducting research and writing reports.

Requirements
Essential Requirements: The candidate must hold an MBBS degree or an MSc/MA in Epidemiology or Statistics (MPH or a related postgraduate qualification is preferred). With over 20 years of experience including at least 7 years of work experience in supervisory and leadership roles. Experience in monitoring and evaluating large, multi-year international health sector development projects, research and data analysis. Kobotoolbox/ ODK, and familiarity with qualitative data methods and analysis are also required as essential skills.
Preference will be given to candidates who have published research papers in national or international journals, and strong technical skills, including ability to process and analyze data using one or more statistical software packages, including at least one of the following: SPSS, Stata, and R.
Salary: Tk. 80,754/- per month gross salary, inclusive all benefits. The remuneration package includes a provident fund, contract end allowance, conveyance allowance, medical benefit, critical illness and death benefit, and recreation contribution.
