Sinha Knit Industries Ltd., a leading Sweater Manufacturing Company, is looking for an experienced and result-oriented professional for the position of Head of Quality.
- Lead the overall Quality Assurance & Quality Control functions
- Ensure sweater products meet buyer requirements and quality standards
- Monitor quality throughout knitting, linking, sewing, finishing, and packing
- Identify quality issues and ensure effective corrective & preventive actions
- Reduce defects, rework, and customer complaints
- Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, Technical, IE, Compliance, and other departments
- Handle buyer inspections, audits, and quality-related requirements
- Lead, develop, and train the quality team
- Monitor quality KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience: At least 10 years
- Education: bachelor of science in textile engineering (te)
- Skills: knit garment manufacturing, knit garment production, garment industry knowledge, technical knowledge of knitting, garment manufacturing, knitting expertise, knitwear, technical knowledge of garment production, textile inspection, textile industry knowledge
