- Lead and oversee all C&F (Clearing & Forwarding) operations at Chittagong Port.
- Manage customs clearance, documentation, shipment coordination, and port activities.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective import/export cargo clearance in compliance with customs and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with Customs, Port Authorities, shipping lines, C&F agents, transporters, and internal teams.
- Monitor operational performance, resolve shipment issues, and minimize delays and demurrage costs.
- Manage the C&F operations team, budgets, vendors, and service quality.
- Experience: 15 years
- Education:
- Skills: freight forwarding, c& management, cfr, customs brokerage, shipment coordination, fcl, customs compliance, container shipping, import logistics
