We’re Hiring: Head of Operations – Bangladesh
TyconPay is looking for an experienced Head of Operations – Bangladesh with strong knowledge of the country’s digital payments, MFS, fintech, banking, and merchant ecosystem.
We need someone with an active industry network, especially with:
✅ bKash & Nagad teams (KAMs, business, merchant & operations contacts)
✅ MDOs and payment ecosystem partners
✅ Merchant onboarding, KYB, integrations, settlements & payment operations
Key Responsibilities
Lead Bangladesh payment operations
Manage relationships with payment partners, banks & fintechs
Support onboarding, integrations, settlements & daily operations
Identify new partnerships and market opportunities
Coordinate with internal BD, Compliance, Tech & Finance teams
Preferred:
Candidates from bKash, Nagad, fintech, MFS, banking, PSO/PSP or payment companies.
We are looking for market expertise, practical experience, and a strong industry network — not just a senior title.
