•  Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and network systems.

•   Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, scanners, servers, and other IT equipment.

•   Manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, routers, switches, and network security.

•   Provide technical support to employees and resolve hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.

•   Manage user accounts, access permissions, passwords, and system security.

•   Install, update, and maintain operating systems, applications, antivirus, and security software.

•   Monitor and maintain servers, databases, backup systems, and data storage.

•   Ensure regular data backup, recovery, and disaster- recovery procedures.

•   Maintain IT asset records, including computers, networking devices, printers, software licenses, and accessories.

•   Maintain IT documentation, including network diagrams, system configurations,user records, licenses, and maintenance reports.

•   Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for IT improvement and automation.

•   Conduct preventive maintenance and ensure minimum system downtime and business disruption.

•   Train employees on ERP, software applications, cybersecurity, and basic IT procedures.

•   Maintain proper coordination with management and all departments to ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.
