Role Description:

We are seeking an experienced and strategically minded Head of Investment & Partnerships to lead investment development, strategic partnerships, and business expansion for Grameen Cottage Visit & Hospitality.
The successful candidate will identify potential investors, strategic partners, tourism-sector opportunities, and funding pathways that can support the organization's long-term growth.
This is a senior leadership role involving investor outreach, investment opportunity development, financial analysis, partnership building, negotiation, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and build relationships with potential local and international investors.
Develop and execute investment strategies aligned with the organization's tourism and hospitality vision.
Identify potential investment opportunities in rural tourism, cottages, eco-tourism, hospitality, travel experiences, and community-based tourism.
Prepare investment proposals, business cases, financial models, pitch materials, and investor presentations.
Conduct market research, financial analysis, risk assessment, and ROI evaluation.
Develop strategic partnerships with hospitality providers, local communities, NGOs, tourism organizations, corporate groups, and other stakeholders.
Lead negotiations and support the development of partnership and investment agreements.
Build and maintain a strong network of investors, entrepreneurs, tourism professionals, institutions, and strategic partners.
Monitor investment and partnership performance and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
Identify potential grants, impact-investment opportunities, corporate partnerships, and other sustainable funding sources.
Represent Grameen Cottage Visit & Hospitality professionally in investor meetings, industry events, conferences, and partnership discussions.
Work closely with the Founder and senior management to develop long-term growth and investment strategies.

Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of investment management, investment strategy, business development, or corporate finance.
Demonstrated experience in identifying and engaging investors or strategic business partners.
Strong financial and analytical skills, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, risk assessment, and ROI analysis.
Proven experience in partnership development, stakeholder management, and business negotiations.
Experience in tourism, hospitality, travel, real estate, social enterprise, impact investment, NGO, or related sectors is highly desirable.
Strong strategic planning and project management capabilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and presentation skills.
Ability to communicate confidently with investors, business leaders, institutions, NGOs, and international partners.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Investment Management, or a related field. Professional certifications are an advantage.
Understanding of Bangladesh's tourism, hospitality, rural development, and community-based business environment is highly desirable.
