Role Description The Head of Information Technology Department is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhaka, responsible for leading the overall IT function across Snowtex Group. This position oversees IT Infrastucture, strategy, governance, and ERP Development Lead and implementation to ensure secure, reliable, and efficient technology operations that support the group’s manufacturing and export activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing IT infrastructure and networks, supervising technical support teams, and ensuring system uptime, data security, and business continuity. The role involves planning and executing IT projects, evaluating and implementing new technologies, and maintaining alignment between IT initiatives and organizational goals. The Head of IT will collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, manage vendor relationships, optimize IT budgets, and develop IT policies, standards, and best practices.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in ERP Develop and Implementation, Strong knowledge on RMG operation how to digital transformation by IoT, Software and Tools.
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Information Technology operations and enterprise systems management.
• Candidates should possess proven IT Management skills, including team leadership, project oversight, and vendor coordination.
• Candidates should possess hands-on Technical Support skills for troubleshooting hardware, software, and user issues.
• Candidates should possess Network Administration skills, including configuration, monitoring, and security of network infrastructure.
• Candidates should possess IT Strategy skills, with experience aligning technology initiatives to business objectives and driving digital transformation.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in manufacturing or RMG sector IT environments, knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, and familiarity with ERP and production systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant professional certifications (e.g., CCNA, MCSA, Azure, AWS, ITIL, PMP) are an advantage.
