- Lead the complete software implementation lifecycle from Business Requirement Analysis to Go-Live.
- Manage multiple ERP/software implementation projects simultaneously.
- Ensure projects are delivered within agreed scope, timeline, quality.
- Monitor project progress and take corrective actions for delayed.
- Ensure proper documentation of BRD, UAT, training, Go-Live and handover documents.
- Lead implementation of customized VAT, Tax and regulatory compliance software.
- Understand Bangladesh VAT & Tax-related business requirements and translate them into software solutions.
- Coordinate with client finance, VAT, tax and commercial teams.
- Ensure system processes comply with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Manage regulatory changes and coordinate required system enhancements with the Product/Development team.
- Identify process gaps and recommend system/process improvements.
- Review customization requests and determine whether they are configuration, enhancement or change requests.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients and senior management.
- Conduct regular project steering meetings with clients.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and successful project adoption.
- Identify opportunities for additional modules, enhancements and long-term support services.
- Lead and mentor Project Managers, Implementation Consultants, Trainers and Support Teams.
- Define team responsibilities, KPIs and performance targets.
- Allocate resources based on project priorities.
- Develop the organization`s implementation capability through training and knowledge sharing.
- Prioritize development requirements based on business and project criticality.
- Ensure proper UAT before deployment.
- Control customization to prevent unnecessary modification of the core product.
- Establish effective communication between Client → Implementation → BA → Development → QA → Deployment → Support.
- Conduct post-implementation review and identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience: At least 6 years
- Education: bachelor of science in information technology (it)
