- Develop and execute strategic HR initiatives aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, onboard, and retain high-performing talent across corporate, technical, and site-level teams.
- Design and implement a robust Performance Management System (PMS) including KPIs, KRAs, and regular performance appraisals.
- Ensure strict compliance with Bangladesh Labour Law and manage all regulatory, legal, and disciplinary matters.
- Formulate, review, and update company HR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and compensation/benefits frameworks.
- Oversee payroll administration, attendance management, leave tracking, and employee welfare programs.
- Identify training needs and design learning and development programs to enhance workforce productivity and leadership skills.
- Foster a healthy organizational culture, maintain positive employee relations, and resolve workplace grievances effectively.
- Maintain Our CRM Software
- Experience: 15-20 years
