- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company`s Group Life and Group Health Insurance business.
- Lead the Group Insurance Department to achieve annual business and revenue targets.
- Identify and develop new corporate clients, financial institutions, educational institutions, NGOs, and government organizations.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing corporate clients to ensure business retention and renewal.
- Design competitive group insurance products in collaboration with the Actuarial, Underwriting, and Product Development teams.
- Supervise underwriting, policy administration, customer service, and claims management for group insurance portfolios.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of quotations, proposals, agreements, and renewal documents.
- Monitor portfolio performance, claims experience, profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with Finance, Compliance, Risk Management, and Internal Audit to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
- Prepare periodic business reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management and the Board.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate team members to build a high-performing sales and service team.
- Explore new market opportunities and develop innovative distribution channels for group insurance products.
