Head of Freight Forwarding-Sales

A leading Multinational Logistics & Supply Chain Company is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Head of Freight Forwarding-Sales to lead sales operations, accelerate business growth, and strengthen key corporate accounts in Bangladesh.

• Develop and execute sales strategies for Air & Ocean Freight (Import/Export).
• Drive revenue, profitability, market share, and new business acquisition.
• Build and manage relationships with C-level executives and key corporate accounts.
• Lead, coach, and monitor a high-performing sales team.
• Identify new markets, trade-lane opportunities, and strategic business partnerships.
• Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, commercial negotiations, and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with regional/global teams to develop cross-border business opportunities.

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, International Trade, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive sales experience in international freight forwarding/logistics.
• 3–5 years of experience in a senior sales leadership role.
• Strong exposure to Air & Ocean Freight and international trade lanes.
• Established corporate/client network in Bangladesh.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, leadership, and business-development capabilities.
• Proven experience delivering measurable sales and revenue growth.

BDT 200,000/month + Company Car + Performance Incentives + Health & Life Insurance + Other MNC Benefits.
